Privacy Policy

The game can be played without creating an account. Account registration and cloud save synchronization are optional.

1. Information we process

• On-device game data: cleared missions, the last played mission, and update time are stored locally on the device.
• Account information: if you choose email/password or Google sign-in, Firebase Authentication processes identifiers such as your email address, account identifier, authentication credentials or tokens, IP address, and user-agent information.
• Cloud save data: while signed in, campaign progress and its update time are stored in Cloud Firestore under your account identifier.
• Purchase information: if you make an in-app purchase or restore purchases, RevenueCat processes an app user identifier (your account identifier while signed in, or a random anonymous identifier otherwise), purchase and transaction details such as product, purchase date, and entitlement status, and basic device and connection information such as platform, operating system and app version, and IP address. Payments are handled by the App Store (or Google Play where available); we do not receive your payment card details.

2. Purposes

We use this information only to authenticate your optional account, preserve and synchronize campaign progress, process and restore in-app purchases and unlock purchased content, maintain security, prevent abuse, and respond to support or privacy requests.

3. Service providers and international processing

We use Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. Google processes data on our behalf according to its applicable terms and privacy documentation. Firebase Authentication is operated from data centers in the United States, while Cloud Firestore may process data using Google infrastructure in the configured service location.

We use RevenueCat, Inc. (United States) to process in-app purchases, verify transactions with the app store, and manage purchase status and restoration. RevenueCat processes the purchase information above on our behalf according to its applicable terms and privacy policy. Purchases themselves are processed by Apple (or Google where available) under their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Sharing and advertising

We do not sell personal information. This version does not use third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs. We disclose data only to the service providers named above (Google Firebase and RevenueCat) as needed to operate account, cloud save, and purchase features, when required by law, or to protect users and the service.

5. Retention and deletion

Local progress remains on the device until the app data is cleared or the app is removed. Cloud progress and account information remain while the account is active, subject to Firebase backup and security retention periods. Signed-in users can choose Delete Account from the account area in the app to delete the cloud save and Firebase account. Local progress is intentionally retained unless the user clears the app data. Purchase and transaction records held by RevenueCat and the app store may be retained as needed to verify and restore purchases, handle refunds, and meet legal and accounting obligations; you may contact us to request deletion of purchase information held by RevenueCat.

6. Your choices

You may play without an account, sign out at any time, or delete your account in the app. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy questions, contact the developer at regalia_support@icloud.com or visit the support page.

7. Children

The service is not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to online services in their region. We do not knowingly request sensitive personal information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes will be communicated through the app or product page when appropriate.

本ゲームはアカウントを作成せずにプレイできます。アカウント登録およびクラウドセーブ同期は任意です。

1. 取り扱う情報

• 端末内のゲームデータ：クリア済み作戦、最後にプレイした作戦、更新日時を端末内に保存します。
• アカウント情報：メールアドレスまたはGoogleログインを選択した場合、Firebase Authenticationがメールアドレス、アカウント識別子、認証情報またはトークン、IPアドレス、ユーザーエージェント等を処理します。
• クラウドセーブ：ログイン中は、戦役の進行状況と更新日時をアカウント識別子に紐づけてCloud Firestoreへ保存します。
• 購入情報：アプリ内購入または購入の復元を行った場合、RevenueCatがアプリ内ユーザー識別子（ログイン中はアカウント識別子、未ログイン時はランダムな匿名識別子）、購入・取引情報（商品、購入日時、利用権の状態等）、端末・通信の基本情報（プラットフォーム、OSおよびアプリのバージョン、IPアドレス等）を処理します。支払いはApp Store（提供している場合はGoogle Play）が処理し、当方はカード情報を受け取りません。

2. 利用目的

任意アカウントの認証、進行状況の保存・同期、アプリ内購入の処理・復元と購入済みコンテンツの解放、セキュリティ維持、不正利用防止、お問い合わせやプライバシー上の請求への対応にのみ利用します。

3. 外部サービスと国外処理

Google Firebase AuthenticationおよびCloud Firestoreを利用します。Googleは適用される規約とプライバシー文書に従い、本サービスのためにデータを処理します。Firebase Authenticationは米国のデータセンターで運用され、Cloud Firestoreは設定されたロケーションのGoogleインフラで処理される場合があります。

アプリ内購入の処理、ストアでの取引検証、購入状態の管理と復元のためにRevenueCat, Inc.（米国）を利用します。RevenueCatは適用される規約とプライバシーポリシーに従い、本サービスのために上記の購入情報を処理します。購入そのものはApple（提供している場合はGoogle）が各社の規約とプライバシーポリシーに従って処理します。

4. 第三者提供・広告

個人情報を販売しません。現バージョンは第三者広告や行動分析SDKを使用していません。アカウント・クラウドセーブ・購入機能の提供に必要な上記の委託先（Google FirebaseおよびRevenueCat）、法令上必要な場合、または利用者とサービスの保護に必要な場合を除き、情報を開示しません。

5. 保存期間と削除

端末内の進行状況は、アプリデータの消去またはアプリ削除まで残ります。クラウド進行状況とアカウント情報はアカウント存続中保持され、Firebaseのバックアップ・セキュリティ上の保存期間が適用される場合があります。ログイン中はアプリのアカウント欄から「アカウント削除」を選択すると、クラウドセーブとFirebaseアカウントを削除できます。端末内の進行状況は意図的に残ります。RevenueCatおよびストアが保持する購入・取引記録は、購入の検証・復元、返金対応、法令・会計上の義務のために保持される場合があります。RevenueCatが保持する購入情報の削除はお問い合わせ窓口から依頼できます。

6. 利用者の選択

アカウントなしでのプレイ、ログアウト、アプリ内でのアカウント削除を選択できます。情報へのアクセス、訂正、削除その他のお問い合わせはregalia_support@icloud.com、またはサポートページから開発者へご連絡ください。

7. 子どもの利用

本サービスは、各地域でオンラインサービスへの同意が可能となる最低年齢未満の子どもを対象としていません。子どもの機微な個人情報を意図的に要求しません。

8. 改定

機能または法令上の要件の変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定時は上記施行日を更新し、重要な変更は必要に応じてアプリまたは製品ページで案内します。
